About Christina
Certified Business Coach ยท Visual Artist ยท Author
The creative force behind Muse Lab Creatives โ where entrepreneurs and creatives rediscover the part of themselves they were told to put away.
The Story
I Built a Career Helping People Build Businesses. Then I Realized Something Was Missing.
For over 20 years, Christina has coached entrepreneurs through every stage of business growth. With a degree in Human Development and certification in the EMyth methodology, she built Business by Intention to help business owners create companies that actually work.
But something kept showing up in her work: the most stuck business owners weren't struggling with strategy. They were struggling with themselves โ with the creative, emotional parts they'd been told had no place in business.
That realization changed everything.
The Framework
That's How the Monsters Were Born
Christina developed the Monsters & Fairies framework โ a creative, intuitive method for identifying the inner blocks (the "monsters") that hold us back and the strengths (the "fairies") that move us forward. It's part business coaching, part creative exploration, and entirely unlike anything else out there.
The Book
For the Love of Maggie
A fairytale for adults โ a story about a woman who lost herself in the expectations of others and the journey she takes to find her way back. It's the heart of everything Christina teaches, wrapped in story.
The Programs
Creative Awakening Experience โ A 12-week guided journey to reconnect with your creative self and unlock what's been holding you back.
Creative Mind Mastery โ An 8-week deep dive into the mindset shifts that transform how you think, create, and lead.
The Art
NeuroScapes โ Fluid acrylic paintings that explore the landscapes of the mind.
Bust Series โ Cement sculptures that give form to inner characters and archetypes.
What Ties It All Together
Whether through coaching, writing, visual art, or creative programs โ Christina's work always comes back to one thing: helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves they were told to put away, and using that reconnection to build something meaningful.
